B.A.F. ( Bunker Adjustment Factor ) is applicable as follows (unless otherwise stated in the actual tariff):
Australia / New Zealand Service: USD 45.00 w/m - Min USD 45.00 (Effective December 15/12)
Europe: Base ports @ US$ 10.00 w/m. All other areas as per tariff - Subject to monthly fluctuation.
O.H.C. ( Origin Handling Charge ) - USD 10.00 w/m - Applicable to all ports via our own Direct Consolidations only.
Hazardous Cargo: USD 50.00 w/m - Minimum USD 250.00 will be applied to all shipments.
Additional Hazardous surcharges may be applicable depending on destination of cargo.
Hazardous cargo is subject to Steamship Line and destination agent approval prior to acceptance.
In Bond Cargo/Re-Manifest Fee: USD 35.00 per remanifest/shipment.
Use of warehouse Carrier Code: USD 35.00 per remanifest/shipment.
Overlength Surcharges: A surcharge of USD 15.00 per linear foot/per piece for all cargo exceeding 12 feet (144 inches or 365 cm) in length. Minimum USD 150.00 per shipment.
Export Retail Cargo (no Canadian forwarder involved)
Handling/Docs fee USD 70.00
Export Customs Entry USD 25.00
Rates are in U.S. Funds, per CBM or 1000 kgs, Terminal to Terminal basis ex Toronto & Montreal.

Under the Heading "VIA", indicates the routing cargo will likely move.
Rates for door deliveries are available upon request. *Personal Effects shipments up to Terminal only.
All rates are for cargo of containerizable, stackable, non-temperature controlled, non-hazardous nature.
Restrictions or additional charges may apply to package/piece/unit over 1500 kgs and unstackable cargo.
C.O.D.'s and Advanced Charges are subject to acceptance and can not exceed freight amount. A 10% processing fee is applicable on funds collected on behalf of a forwarding agent.
An itemized packing list is required for ALL personal effects shipments.
IMDG cargo is subject to acceptance and additional surcharges at time of booking.
Transit times indicated are from cut-off to arrival and are estimates only and may change at time of booking.
Please note (PPD) indicates Prepaid Only.
Original Health Certificates are required for any plant/animal products to or via Europe.
Validated B13A/proof of report (POR) is required no later than last receiving date of cargo. Failing to comply may result in cargo not loading and/or penalties being assessed by Customs.
All LCL cargo tendered for shipment is to be properly packed for ocean transport.
